RETURNS


If you are not happy with you item/s we will refund or exchange any item in a saleable condition within 10 days of receipt. Refunds will be credited to you via the original method of payment.

Please notify us via email as soon as possible if you wish to return an item/s.

Shop@nu-chic.co.uk Clearly state your Name, Order no & Reason for return.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. We request that you obtain proof of delivery as we are not liable for goods lost in Transit.

Please also note that items must be returned ‘as new’ i.e. unworn and with all of the labels and tickets intact. We will not accept returns for any non-faulty items that have been worn, washed, and/or tags removed.

Postage and packaging charges will not be refunded.

If you have received a faulty item or have been delivered the wrong item please get in touch within 2 days of receipt. We will do all we can to resolve the matter as quickly as possible.

Please allow up 3 days for us to process your refund & 5/10 days for a refund to show back in your account.

Gift cards are non refundable

This returns policy does not affect your statutory rights relating to faulty or mis-described goods or your right to cancel orders under the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations.
